Travel Directions from New Jersey  -  Enter Staten Island via Goethals Bridge.  Merge onto Staten Island Expressway East (I-278 E) towards the Verrazano Bridge.  Exit at Clove Road / Richmond Road / Hylan Blvd (exit number 13).
